Now that Spore is out there have been mixed reviews. But the 4 stages of Spore are really interesting.

This is very interesting and would make a great activity for school science classes.

In this stage you evolve and grow your creature. This video goes into the social and interactivities of the different cultures and creatures in Spore.
Spore Gameplay- Tribal Stage Video
This was pretty cool. I like the combat part. Some of these gameplay screenshots are really cool.
Spore Gameplay- Space Stage Video
Finally you get to the Space Stage. It is pretty complicated and long. Much more so than the beginning of the game.
