We were the first to break the news about the massive Linden Lab layoffs. Further details have emerged about the layoffs.

M Linden (Chief Executive Officer Mark Kingdon) was finally forced to comment on the layoffs calling it a “significant restructuring”. M Linden begrudgingly admitted to the “loss of a number of jobs, at all levels of the organization”.

The official press release however stated “As a result, Linden Lab anticipates staff reductions of approximately 30 percent.” 30% off layoffs is a huge number.
