The below video features online virtual nursing education in Second Life.

I think that the video is pretty good and the hospital bed room setup is very nice. It is an interesting idea. The camera angles are zoomed in way too much on the nurse but you get the idea. Mainly it covers analyzing patient needs and practicing interacting with patients.

It is a little basic and unrealistic but with some more work and much more input from actual nurses it could be a useful program.
