Actions and Animations in Google Lively
Actions and Animations are pretty fun. In Google Lively there are several high quality ones to choose from including some Google Lively Fighting moves. The easiest way to use them is through the keyboard shortcust:
/wave
/no
/rofl
/walk
Or perform them on others:
/bodyslam mark34
/kick jimWink
/pattycake cindy21
And of course Objects in Google Lively have animations as well. Usually you have to click on it and select Play Animation.
The best thing about the animations is that they can be combined for new effects.
This video shows how couples or friends can combine and interrupt animations and actions.
It seems too easy to interrupt other peoples actions and animations. Which in one way makes it more fun as you can try to stop other people from squishing you with an anvil, but the fun only lasts so long when everyone is interrupting everyone elses animations. Maybe they will fix that in the next release?
