I am sorry but the below video contains about 5 minutes of the worst MMA match I have ever seen. I love the idea of mma online games and virtual mma. It was filmed in Second Life. It features a mixed match of female SusanB Breen vs. male Cipher Rhode. I love that this type of gameplay is being created in Second Life but it needs more improvement. Not only that but these two particular fighters seem terrible throwing blind kicks and punches often facing away from their opponent and hardly ever landing one. Take them to the ground already!

I can understand where the author is coming from. The system being used in SL is called Combat Evolution. It’s mainly a striking system, but it is still in the works to somehow, some way include grapples, takedowns, submission holds, etc.
Looks pretty awesome actually..SL is a weird platform to do combat so..this is pretty great actually.
