Well Well look at this. In a page titled US Search Loses to Zaba Search, Zaba Search seems to claim victory over US Search while invading everyones privacy and probably leaving themselves open to a patent infringement or intelectual property lawsuit from US Search. The Founder of Zaba Search Nick Matzorkis used to work for US Search (first company to cell public record information to consumers directly). Nick Matzorkis left US Search in 2001 to found ZabaSearch in 2005. If I was US Search, I would do us all a favor and file some lawsuits against Zaba Search.

It is shockingly easy to find current and past address and telephone numbers on Zaba Search (even for identity thieves). I hate having people’s personal information out there so easily accessible. And Zaba Search is no longer allowing removal of personal information. This needs to stop.
