Wow Linden Labs is actually responding to customer comments

Wow Linden Labs is actually responding to customer comments. On their blog today Linden Labs listed the responses to their Lights Out post as follows:

9% Example of company that does a better job than Linden Labs
31% Linden Labs isn’t the worst
32% Linden Labs is terrible and sucks
26% More communication please
22% Fix existing features
11% Linden Labs doesn’t listen
12% Fix a, b, c

So that is 31% of all Second Life users (estimate) that think Linden Labs is okay and 69% that are not happy

I can’t help but wonder if this all isn’t just a clever distraction or bait and switch PR campaign?
