Supporting Diabetes Research in Second Life

I attended a music event recently to support Diabetes research. The money was donated to the Diabetes Australia charity. The event was held at the Podcast Island virtual sim in Second Life. Music was streamed from Dexter Ihnen. The event was held on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at 6:00pm. It was a great time supporting a great cause. My close friend has Diabetes and I see how much it has changed his life. More education and treatment of Diabetes is desperately needed.
