The Second Life classifieds section now has some new rules. Any classified ads posted for businesses in Second Life related to casinos or other gambling related activities are removed by Linden Labs. No refund is given as part of the policy. This is part of Linden Labs crackdown on gambling and an attempt to legitimize Second Life and protect against lawsuits and government intervention.

In addition, parcel descriptions must be changed as well.

Gambling is no longer welcome in Second Life.
