Many regions in Second Life were down Thursday with problems continuing for about 13 hours. Regions were inaccessible to residents trying to login or teleport. You will note this happened less than 12 hours after the completion of the rolling restart. This always happens. After every rolling restart there are multiple problems for 10-20 hours. It is common place now.
