HTML on any Prim in Second Life creates Fantastic New Internet World
An interesting phenomenon slowly making its way into the virtual world of Second Life is the idea of adding a full flash presentation, full html or php web page or web application to any prim in the Second Life world. Yes this would include streaming video and yes this would include free image hosting providers (no more fees for uploading images etc into the Second Life world) and yes this creates a fantastic new internet world were old and new technologies blend in a fantasmic internet meshed creation of goodness!
Here’s hoping! Had just visited ubrowser.com today in the hope something was new, looks the same. Anyone know if LL is still offering the free estate sim and year of hosting to anyone who solves the “minor” bugs pestering the ability for implementing this very useful feature?
