French court rules in Linden Lab’s favor
The French court recently ruled in Linden Lab’s favor dismissing a complaint by Familles de France regarding age verification. This ruling comes as increased scruitiny is being placed on SecondLife regarding child pornography, age play, adult content, and safeguards.
Linden Labs really needs to step up the protection of children and insure inappropriate content is completely secured against accidental viewing by locking it down to private areas that are inaccessible to the general public.
