Big News: Rosedale leaves Linden Labs CEO Position
Just months after the Second Life CTO Cory Ondrejka was fired, CEO and founder of Second Life Linden Labs Phillip Rosedale announced he is leaving. Linden Labs is second for a new CEO. Rosedale will step in as chairman of the board. I applaud this move. Linden Labs needs a better leader. Second Life has been struggling recently and needs someone who can bring stability.
Reuters reported that Rosedale will replace the largest investor Mitch Kapor as the chairman of the Linden Labs board of directors. Kapor will stay on the board.
