Attack of the evil copyright lawyers: Second Life infringement
How long will it take for the evil copyright lawyers and the evil trade mark lawyers to enter Second Life? All I have to do is walk into any virtual Second Life store and I see recreations of designer clothes and accessories created for virtual avatars that look so much like the real thing that I can not help but wonder if there is some copyright or trademark being infringed upon. Then I see exact copies of logos on the shirts and bags and bling and I know that any evil copyright lawyer and any evil trade mark lawyer would have a field day suing the pants off of any virtual designer in Second Life and shutting their entire business down. Do not fool yourselves people. These lawyers are going to need Houston cosmetic surgery to show their face from now on. It will all happen eventually.
