A new CAPTCHA can’t solve Login Problems
A new CAPTCHA spam prevention system for Linden Labs Second Life (replaced with reCAPTCHA which improves digitizing of books) which will appear upon bad login and support pages could not help the terrible login problems in Second Life. From 3 am to 9 am GMT logins were down and teleporting in the world of Second Life were down. Stipend payments continued to be delayed and group payments were also further delayed. Low and behold no group payouts were being made for the past few days.
Sigh. I wonder if it is related to the CAPTCHA change (snicker). Maybe someone sneezed in the server room?
