Sun announced OpenSSO Enterprise 8 in Second Life
Sun announced OpenSSO Enterprise 8 also known as Sun Access Manager. OpenDS LDAP server has been embeded and Fedlet and Identity Services features added. The announcement came to an auditorium of real and virtual participates numbering one hundred and twenty people. OpenSSO Enterprise 8 brings a new level of capabilities and security with this open source solution. This is the first commercial release from the OpenSSO project.
