Having over 20 years experience in that or related fields including Customer Retention. I have some solutions or ideas that I think would be extremely relevant to Customer Service & Retention in Second Life where I have resided for 2 years this March and have been an Orientation Mentor, Mentor Coach and still am passionate about being a Second Life Mentor. I also applied through Venture Loop which stated Linden Labs was looking Customer Service Representatives yet when I went to the site the job isn't even listed in the last 30 days. I would love the opportunity to contact Mr. Look regarding Customer Service.
