Linden Lab announced that they have chosen Howard Look as the Senior Vice President of Customer Applications. Howard Look worked at Pixar and Tivo and is going to focus on improving the Second Life platform. CEo Mark Kingdon highlighted that Second Life continues to grow with a new high concurrent user count of just under seventy seven thousand and over 1.4 million logins in the last 2 months.

I have some solutions or ideas that I think would be extremely relevant to Customer Service & Retention in Second Life where I have resided for 2 years this March and have been an Orientation Mentor, Mentor Coach and still am passionate about being a Second Life Mentor.
I also applied through Venture Loop which stated Linden Labs was looking Customer Service Representatives yet when I went to the site the job isn’t even listed in the last 30 days.
