Thank you for your email.  If you want actual video of each employee there is a solution for this.  If all of your employees have high speed internet this can be done.  Let us know how many employees you have and we can give you a cost which includes equipment.

		<description>I am opening up a business and want all of my employees to work from their desktop computers from their homes. 
I need to be able to do the following: 

See them while they are working. 
Have meetings where everyone can speak, ask questions as we look at each other. 
Look in on them from their web cam, unannouced. 
Listen to them unannounced. 
See their screen as they work. 
I think your software can do this, but can it do this if each party is miles away?   How much will this cost? 

I don&#039;t like the fake picture thing, I want to actually see and listen to my employees as they work.
