Second Life Reaches 71,232 concurrent users
In a large milestone Second Life has reached over 71,000 concurrent users. This is an increase of six percent and perhaps the best measure of the growth of Second Life. Linden Lab attributes this to a more simpler registration process and viewer stability and other network improvements.
Outages are supposidly down twenty four percent when compared to the last three months. Linden Labs also has hired Tom Hale from Adobe as the Senior Vice President Cheif of Product. Linden Lab will also be hiring about sixty new people.
