Increasing Land Monthly Costs
Linden Labs is raising the monthly fee for owning land in Second Life. All of the monthly rates will be increased but most noteably the monthly price for islands will increase from $195 United States Dollars a month to $295 United States Dollars a month. I can see the inflation leaping out of control and the sagging mainland values spiking. Either that or more and more islands closing down and less new islands and the collapse of the real estate market.
