We have written before about some of the exciting developments with OpenSim. Hippo OpenSim Viewer, which is the most popular modified Second Life View used for the Open Simulator is reporting some impressive usage statistics.

Users per day of the Hippo OpenSim Viewer are increasing and have reached 1,800 per day and over 32,000 total users. This is indeed a good trent for Hippo Viewer. Currently in v0.5.1, MJM Labs continues to develop and support unique features such as building to the height of ten thousand meeters, support for large mega prims up to 256 square cubed meters, join up to 100 groups, and more.
