Stepped Into Google Lively

Stepped Into Google Lively
Today I stepped into Google Lively. I started by picking one of the avatars and customizing the look and clothing. I noticed that Firefox works although the catalog doesn’t seem to properly transfer new shopped items into inventory unless you are using Internet Explorer. I was unimpressed with the graphics or interactions or chat.

I did however really like the animations and their result. The real strength is that this runs in the Explorer window and loads so quickly. I imagine it looks like the first versions of Second Life. It will only improve. There is a ton of competition in this online 3d chat. Check out my Top 10 Online 3d Chat list.
