Have you ever heard this quote: “Hope is good for breakfast, but not necessarily for supper”?
To me hope springs eternal. It is far better to never stop hoping. However, it is important to be a realist and to understand that bad times will come and go. It is easy to be hopeful at breakfast but after a long day it can be hard to keep that hope for supper.
