About 630,000 usage hours were lost representing a large increase from March. Survey data shows huge unhappiness by residents. Linden Labs breaks down the outages. Comments from residents were fast and furious. The work on improving the grid, the central database, the asset storage cluster, and data center now begins. The best course of action is removing systems, people, and vendors who constantly fail and replacing them with reliable ones.
