Second Life Update

Mono Beta Refresh 9 is now out. A number of fixes were included in the update. Mono is quickly approaching deployment grid-wide. This should be a major benefit and update. If the 4x speed of the Mono virtual machine proves steady (and stable) we should see major improvement of scripts in Second Life.
