Rolling Restarts will thunder across the land Wednesday. They will be broken up in three stages startingat 8:00 pm on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 and lasting until about the same time on Thursday. New patches and server changes including Havok4 updates and central database changes will be implemented. This announcement came as logins, transactions, rezzing, telporting, mapping, and other in world services went down yet again.
