Revolutionary Artistic Elemental Effects with WindLight in Second Life
With the recent aquisition by Linden Labs of Windward Mark Interactive, residents in this virtual world will soon have the ability to change color, dust, moisture, sunlight, water, weather, atmospheric componets, gamma, cloud shadows, moonlight, shooting stars, and much more to create amazing elemental and atomospheric effects. This includes animating the sky during the day. A full day cycle will be set to 4 hours per region.
I am very excited about WindLight in Second Life as it will add a large amount of realism and quality to the Second Life experience and for photos and video shot inworld.

The WindLight viewer for Second Life is currently available in beta. Download WindLight for Second Life.
