Winners of the Machinima Festival
Winners of the Machinima Festival in the United Kingdom were announced on Saturday, October 13, 2007 at 10 am. 3 of the winners produced their videos with Second Life. There were a total of 9 submissions using Second Life so 33 percent winners is not a bad range. The Second Life winners were best commercial, When the Postman Spits Twice by Second Life Inworld Productions, Best Technical video Machinima Island by La Interactiva, and best series The Grid Review by Ill Clan. Second Life will continue to grow as a method of artistic expression.
