Six Designers File Copyright Suit
In my earlier post Attack of the evil copyright lawyers: Second Life infringement I predicted this. Six different Second Life designers are suing Thomas Simon (Rase Kenzo) and several other avatars in Brooklyn New York for copyright violation. The designers suing are Le Cadre Network, Nomine, PixelDolls, Eros Designs, RH Designs, and DE Designs. Lawyer Frank Taney is representing. Copies were made using an exploit. Let’s see how this plays out.
