Same avatar accross multiple different online worlds
There is a very interesting service being developed by IEEE Spectrum. IEEE Spectrum will create the same avatar accross multiple different online virtual worlds. For a huge fee they will create an avatar with the same username and password that has as close as possible features in Second Life, the World of Warcraft, There.com, Active Worlds.com, and many other virtual worlds. This is the beginning of the creation of a real life verifiable online personality.
