Linden Labs and Marc Bragg have settled out of court
Linden Labs and Marc Bragg have settled out of court regarding the recent lawsuit. One of the terms of the settlement is that Marc Bragg’s Second Life account and avatar be restored and Marc Woebegone has returned to the virtual world. The terms of the settlement are confidential. The lawsuit was over Marc Bragg suppossidly obtaining Second Life land in an auction that was not yet open to auction saving significant money and making a larger profit. Linden Labs froze his account and seized his land. Bragg estimated his losses to be $6,000 United States Dollars.
