Alcatel-Lucent Application Contest for L $50,000
There is a new contest in Second Life. The contest from Alcatel-Lucent is part of their recent grand opening of their virtual island sim in Second Life. Alcatel-Lucent is offering L $50,000 to the winning designer or future gadgets and applications that rely on always on reliable high speed networks (unlike Second Life). Entries must be received by December 1, 2007. Three runners up will also receive L $20,000.
