Grid problems in Second Life again

Grid problems in Second Life again. Around six thirty am logins started going down and Second Life residents were unable to retrieve assets. The Second Life squid web caching software failed on a number of sims preventing any asset saves or asset loading from working in Second Life. Supposedly there was a permissions problem with the configuration of the Second Life squid web caching software. I wonder if there is a book of 101 tech support reasons for downtime? The Second Life squid web caching software was corrected and restarted and after about 5 hours things were up and running again.
