Isuzu extended cab vehicles manufactured today maintain the same excellence and commitment to quality and innovation that the original Isuzu vehicles carried so many years ago. Though the extended cab Isuzu vehicles today may not closely resemble the Isuzu vehicles made about 90 years ago, the spirit and fire belly defiance is still there.
