Once again the Second Life phone support is plagued with downtime

Once again the Second Life phone support is plagued with downtime of their systems. Both the billing and concierge teams are without service and the few calls that do come through are experiencing long hold times. Some calls are also being disconnected midway through the call. This is a typical VOIP phone service problem in my opinion. Linden Labs recommends using the support portal or live chat for support requests.
