United Kingdom Semptember Gambling Law to impact Second Life
The UK 2005 Gambling Act will impact Second Life this September as provisions activate. A new definition for gambling will include playing a game of chance for a prize. It will become a criminal offence to provide gambling facilities without an operators license.
This includes virtual prizes and gambling and virtual facilities.
