PayPal and Linden Lab were subpoenad in a recent copyright infringement lawsuit by Kevin Alderman. Kevin is suing avatar Volkov Catteneo regarding the copyright of virtual furniture. Linden Lap an PayPal must respond to the request by July 20. Man, Kevin is going to need to check into one of the New York City nursing homes after PayPal is done with him.
